Return & Refund Policy

At Aktum, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
